Property of the State plot
"Can you still love someone that's done a terrible thing?"
Ireland was gripped in the 1990s by a deranged young man named Brendan O'Donnell, who is responsible for the brutal murders of a young mother, her child and a local priest. His sister, Ann Marie, tries piece by piece to piece together the events that eventually led to the harrowing murders. Rather than being a loving sister to a loving brother, she is now seen as the sister of a murderer and a man described as the most evil in Ireland. Ann Marie must now deal with the consequences of this and the fact that many suspect her of being involved in the murders.
