Marshall plot

"Justice has a name."

When the United States is about to enter World War II, a nearly bankrupt NAACP (American Civil Rights Movement in the United States) sends Marshall to conservative Connecticut to defend a black driver against his wealthy employer. He is charged with assault and attempted murder, which quickly makes the tabloids. The NAACP needs a major victory but is silenced by a court.
