Jumalan Morsian plot

Upon her birth, Syarda was destined later to be a bride to Num, the supreme god of the Nenets. It was an isolating fate as the men were afraid to approach her and when her parents died the girl became even more lonely. Melancholy became a normal part of her life, but she didn't want to refrain from seizing every opportunity that presented itself. The ever-present specter of Num and her way of life kept her on the destined lost path. Now an elderly lady, Syarda tells the story of her life to a blind young girl who soothes her loneliness.
