Good Side of a Bad Man plot
Charles 'Pretty Boy' Floyd is a poor Midwestern farm boy. During the Depression in the 1930s, he grows up to be one of the most notorious criminals and is soon branded a deadly crook and a danger to society. The FBI assigns legendary agent Melvin Purvis to lead the manhunt for Floyd. However, Floyd's wife Ruby and the extreme poverty-plagued farmers in their hometown see him as their own Robin Hood, stealing from the rich and sharing with the suffering community in which he grew up.
