More than sufficient.

Pleasantly surprised by this film by Mann. Driver acts well and portrays a tough (businesslike) and credible Enzo. Strong role from Cruz too. The racing scenes look great, although the accidents do look a bit clumsy (deliberately?)

Nice mix of his private life and his passion for the Ferrari brand and racing.

The film is never boring and the 130 minutes fly by.

Disappointment from director Michael Mann. This small-scale portrait of Enzo Ferrari benefits from solid acting (Driver and Cruz are both fine), but the distant tone does not exactly make for a pleasant viewing experience and the film repeatedly almost succumbs to melodrama and silly accents. The long, dynamically depicted race towards the end makes up for some things, but unfortunately it does not want to be very spectacular.

I didn't know anything about the person Enzo Ferrari. Everyone knows the car brand.

It was interesting in itself to gain some insight into Enzo "his life". But I think there could have been more. Because what have we actually seen of Enzo that we didn't know even as a layman? Not that much, to be honest.

It is not new that the Ferrari brand strives for fast cars. The fact that they are beautiful cars (tastes differ) is also not new.

What I found really off-putting is the way they talk. English spoken is up to that point. But that bad Italian accent is terrible. Make your choice, just speak English or Italian.
