Woodpecker in the Moon plot

The local rocket club is looking for a new volunteer to send to the moon. The only other person sent there is Professor Dingledong, who hasn't returned yet. They decide to send mailman Woody Woodpecker, who encounters the aforementioned Dingledong upon landing on the lunar surface.
