Whoops! I'm a Cowboy plot

Wiffle Piffle, the kind and generous clerk in the office where Betty Boop works, proposes marriage to Betty and she turns him down, explaining in a song that she longs for a cowboy. Piffle takes a train to the Wild West. He buys a cowboy outfit somewhere there and gets a manual on how to become a real cowboy.
