Wheely plot
"Local zero to global hero"
After a serious accident, Wheely is demoted from a rookie racer to a downtown cab driver with a mountain of debt and a broken ego. The cause of the accident is none other than Putt Putt, a fan he counted among his closest friends. Then he meets Bella, a supermodel from the higher echelons of society. But just before he gets a chance to get to know her better, her boyfriend Ben shows up. And that's not all.
