Tonda, Slávka a Kouzelné Světlo plot

Tonda is no ordinary boy, he has been glowing and shining since birth. He stays almost alone in his room because he is ashamed of it and because his parents don't let him go anywhere. When Slávka, a girl with glasses and a magical flashlight, comes to live with him in the building, he does not trust her at first. After he gets to know her better, they explore the secrets of their old apartment building together.
