One day, the greedy King Midas is given the gift of turning everything he touches into gold by a mysterious visitor. At first, he rejoices in his newfound power, but disaster soon strikes when his food and his beloved daughter are also turned into gold. When the visitor reappears and offers Midas the chance to undo everything, he seizes it with both hands.
