The Pout-Pout Fish plot
On a weathered shipwreck, Mr. Fish lives a quiet life until one day he catches the young, hyperactive sea dragon Pip stealing his things. A fierce argument destroys both their homes, but from the chaos grows an unexpected friendship. Together they embark on an adventurous quest for the mythical "Shimmer," who can grant a wish—with a shadowy adversary hot on their heels.
