An accident with the military satellite Death Mask completely destroys the cities of Dallas in the US and Kujukuri in Japan, but the inhabitants survive. Danbala Gai, a member of Time Control, travels 10,000 years into the future when Earth is ruled by strange creatures and the two cities have formed their own nations. Gai comes into contact with Prime Rose, a girl who wants revenge on the murderer of her fiancé, Prince Pirar. As a member of Time Control, he shouldn't really interfere, but he shares its ultimate goal: to restore peace on Earth.
