Riki-Oh plot

At the end of the 1990s, society had degenerated into a totalitarian society. Riki-Oh Saiga, a mysterious young man with superhuman powers and a Star of David on his hand, finds himself incarcerated in a privatized prison in Tokyo after an attack on a gangster boss. Serving a three-year sentence, he is soon challenged by The Four Emperors, four dangerous inmates who take charge of the prison and keep the other inmates in check.
