Porky the Rain-Maker plot

The farm is suffering from a terrible drought. Porky's father sends him to the store to buy some food with their last dollar. Outside the shop a peddler sells pills to create rain, and they really work. Porky buys them instead of the food, but when he gets home, his angry father throws them on the floor.
