Piper Penguin and His Fantastic Flying Machines plot

Piper is a penguin who has always dreamed of flying. He attempts to bring this dream to life with the help of his friend Winthrop the walrus. A series of failed test flights of self-designed machines makes him lose heart. When the entire village is endangered by the arrival of an orca, Piper tries to get his flying machine up into the air. In this way he wants to save his fellow villagers from destruction.
