Panhandle Scandal plot

Bandit Denver Dooley travels to a lawless town in the West, where he sees a sign that reads: "Bandits Prohibited. Signed, Marshall Woody Woodpecker." Dooley ignores the sign and confronts a Mexican man who claims to know the bird, but ultimately only says, "I don't know him, señor!" Dooley causes trouble in a bar, and Marshall Woody intervenes.
