The country's honor is at stake when evil businessman Bang Johansen plans to sell his greatest invention ever to the highest bidder. This invention, a machine that can optimize oil production, is a state secret. Fortunately, Egon Elson has a plan. Together with the rest of the Olsen gang he will try to counter this deal and maybe he can make some millions himself from it.
