Leiutajateküla Lotte plot
A very important event is the annual inventor competition. You can only participate with an original invention, but that doesn't stop cheaters from taking a chance. A Japanese fly, Susumu, puts the inhabitants of Inventor's Village under the spell of judo. With a flying machine invented by Lotte's father, Lotte and her friends travel to Japan to participate in a judo competition.
