King of the Mardi Gras plot

A Mardi Gras party that looks like any other carnival. Bluto is a strongman who claims to be the king of the carnival and draws a large crowd. Popeye, nearby, only claims, “I yam what I yam,” and has no audience, but still draws Bluto’s ire. He manages to mess up a balancing act and then goes one better with Wimpy in a chair.
