We are in the year 2314, 2 years after the A-LAWs were defeated. The New Earth Federation has been trying to achieve peace through the elimination of weapons on the planet. A long-forgotten spaceship sent to Jupiter 130 years ago returns with no apparent sign of life. But meanwhile, a new alien threat is on board; the Extraterrestrial Living-metal Shapeshifters (ELS). The Celestial Being returns to protect Earth and humanity from this new threat.
