Gekijouban Gintama Kanketsu-hen: Yorozuyayo Eien Nare plot
Gintoki travels five years into the future and finds a wasteland where his protégés, Kagura and Shinpachi, have been scattered, turned into hardened vigilantes, while he himself has been missing for years. He reunites them to find the truth behind the epidemic that is plaguing Edo and how they can fix the situation. The key to this appears to lie in his dark past, and together with his friends he confronts his past and fights for the future.
