Dog Meets Dog plot

A small, long-eared puppy comes across Butch the Bulldog being captured by the dog catcher, but saves him. Butch was arrested for not having a license, but he notices that his new friend does have one and makes fun of him. He laughs as the dog catcher takes him to the shelter.
