"Holli Would if she could ...and she will"
Jack Deebs (Gabriel Byrne) is a cartoonist who is about to be released. His comic "Cool World" describes a strange world inhabited by "doodles" (cartoon characters) and "noids" (humanoids). What Jack doesn't realize, however, is that this world really exists, and that a "doodle" scientist has created a machine that can go from the Cool World to the real world, and vice versa.
