Hans, a German mouse, arrives in America to visit his cousin Willie. Hans wants to know everything about the capitalist system of the free market. So Willie takes Hans to a university lecturer, another mouse, who talks in detail about the capitalist system while Sylvester the cat chases all three rodents through the lecture halls.
