A Very Fairy Christmas plot

In the days around Christmas, a young girl, Leah Carpenter, moves to a new town with her parents. Meanwhile, in his workshop on the North Pole, Santa meets Shaily, the youngest fairy ever to help Santa. Her job is to keep track of the long list of names of children who have been good or bad in the past year. When Shaily meets the human girl Leah, the two become friends.
