"Destiny is a double-edged sword"
In a distant, mythical past, humans, dwarves, elves, wizards and monsters inhabit the same dangerous world. To protect themselves, the people have formed a special guild of wolf warriors called Hexers. Geralt is one of them. He is the perfect warrior, the result of genetic mutations. Not only is Geralt an expert at handling all kinds of weapons, he also knows the basics of magic and can take on any opponent. The purpose of his life is to kill the many monsters and dangers that beset humanity. Like any hexer, Geralt constantly roams the world, experiencing many adventures with his rare friends and his numerous enemies.
