The Modern Adventures of Tom Sawyer plot

Tom Sawyer and his best friend Chuck pass the time with mischievous pranks in an attempt to attract the attention of the beautiful Becky Thatcher. When his boyish stunts cause him trouble with the entire village, Tom fears Becky never wants to see him again. When he uncovers a plot by crooks who want to scam the city, Tom will do whatever it takes to save the city and restore its reputation.
