The Mad Dog Gang Spooks Wilkie, Wink Wink and the Wobbler plot

The three members of the Mad Dog Gang, Harvey, Tony and Suey, accept a fourth member. It is Pickle, who has proven himself to be quite adept with a catapult. The four encounter three suspicious characters, whom they name Wilkie, Wink Wink and the Wobbler. They must be foreign spies.
