The Mad Dog Gang Meets Rotten Fred and Ratsguts plot

Tony and Suey spend time on their uncle's farm. Together with classmate Harvey, they become fascinated by local tramp Rotten Fred and his dog Ratsguts, who is said to kill sheep. The three of them form the Mad Dog Gang and protect Fred from angry farmer Wilkie.
