Queen Hijau of Pattani is overrun by Prince Rawai, who is Captain Black Raven's ally. The pirates try to get hold of a large cannon designed by Dutchman Janis Bree and Chinese inventor Lim Kium. But the Dutch ship with the guns sinks at sea. Meanwhile, the boy Pari is born in a fishing village. His father was murdered by Black Raven. The boy was taken in by his uncle Anjar and is apprenticed to White Ray, who teaches him the magical art of ocean life. Black Raven, who is also skilled in the magical arts of the ocean from Du Lum, tries to get the cannons off the ocean floor. Koningen Hijau wants her own big cannon and is therefore looking for inventor Lim Kium. She sends her sisters Ungu and Biru on their way. They travel in protection of the warrior Jarang. All this eventually culminates in a fight between all these people for the big cannon.
