Hop Harrigan plot

Hop Harrigan is a good fighter pilot who leaves the army. He starts an aviation service with mechanic Tank Tinker. They are hired to help Dr. Tabor to his secret laboratory, where he is working on a new powerful energy machine. However, a mysterious villain targets the device and kidnaps Dr. tabor.
