His Majesty, the American plot
Millionaire William Brooks tries to bring some life into his dull life by assisting the New York City Fire Department and Police Department. He also visits Mexico to meet Pancho Villa. Then he receives a telegram requesting that he come to Alaine, a small kingdom in Europe, to meet his hitherto unknown mother. He will also then learn the background of the mysterious payments to him, to which he owes his luxurious lifestyle. Brooks gets especially excited when he sees the small country in great political turmoil. Of course he has to get involved.
