Dragon Ball Z Gaiden: Saiya-jin Zetsumetsu Keikaku plot
The Saiyans have wiped out the planet 'Plant' in the past and have made off with the technology that was present on this planet. 'Plant' was named 'Planet Vegeta' and so it came to pass that the planet fell into the hands of the Saiyans. A certain Raichi managed to survive and escape. For years, Raichi has spent his time at the end of the universe. His only wish is to exterminate the Saiyans.
