Cemetery plot
Intrigued by the legends of a mythical elephant graveyard, a group of poachers follows Nga, an ancient elephant who may be the last of his kind. He was cared for throughout his life by Sanra, an elephant driver or 'mahout' who traditionally remains devoted to a single animal throughout his life. One after another, the poachers are killed under mysterious circumstances, after which the viewer has to make his own way through the elephant graveyard and what follows. Thus, this adventure film turns into an experimental film experience, in which the quest goes through various stages of death and images begin to disappear, eventually leaving the viewer behind in an acoustic landscape.
