Buschpiloten Küsst Man Nicht plot

German doctor Maria Berkel has taken a job at a hospital in the Zimbabwean town of Somabhula. Not long after her arrival, she discovers that many villagers have become ill after drinking water from a nearby stream. Together with scientist Daniel Berger, Maria goes in search of the cause of the epidemic. To their dismay, they discover that the water contains a poisonous substance.
