Boy Who Caught a Crook plot

Young paperboy Roger Mobley and his older friend Don Beddoe find a briefcase in a vacant lot, believed to have been dropped by bank robber Johnny Seven to avoid being caught. Beddoe opens the briefcase and says it's empty to police officer Robert Stevenson and reporter Richard Crane. But Seven returns for his stolen loot and despite Mobley and Beddoe's claims, he is convinced that one of them stole the loot or that they both kept it.
