"Cadets courageous...blazing a trail around the globe...smashing the spies of the skies!"
Danny Collins (Johnny Downs), Jinx Roberts (Bobby Jordan), Scrapper Mackay (Ward Wood) and Zombie Parker (Billy Benedict) are cadets at a pilot school suspected of a series of murders actually committed by a Nazi agent known for stands as the Black Hangman. The aspiring pilots go in search of the Black Hangman while hot on the heels of Captain Ralph Carson of the United States Army's Security Service.
