A menacing mobster boss, James is the leader of a Triad gang that tries to break into the gambling house run by Chicken Feet and Uncle Fan. They want to take over this business in order to obtain two lucky stones. The gang is at it as James prepares for a gambling match, which he is determined to win. When he makes grueling preparations, three friends must risk everything to defeat James' local stranglehold.
