Xue Cheng plot

Barely escaped the defeated and burning city of Hsian Yang, Princess Chu tung-yung, her personal assistant and their bodyguard Chen attempt to get to the relatively safe environment of General Wong's troops. There they can deliver a stock of gold that will turn the tide of the war. But to get there, they will have to traverse enemy territory that is riddled with bandits and rebels. Aided by a number of swordsmen, they try to get the princess to safety and defeat the rebels.
