Xi Zang Xiao Zi plot

A Tibetan monk is sent by his master to Hong Kong to retrieve a magic bottle from which he has the cap. When these two items were united long ago, they protected Tibet from invasion from the "Black Section" of Esoteric Buddhism. However, there are 2 problems: the bottle is in the hands of a lawyer and the Black Section is also looking for the bottle itself.
