Trapped in 5150 plot

"Los Locos" and "La 213" are two rival street gangs who have turned the streets of Los Angeles into their own personal war zone. The leader of "Los Locos" is the fearless and outrageous thug Thug Loco. On the "La 213" side, Riot prepares his gang for a battle of life or death. When Loco's younger brother makes the mistake of venturing into "La 213" territory, all hell breaks loose. Desperate, Thug flees to an abandoned hospital with his girlfriend Mia and a group of fellow "Locos". Meanwhile, Rel prepares a plan to put an end to the "Los Locos" once and for all.
