The track's owners have hired a publicity man to settle the feud between two stock-car racers. Bobby is a driver who is constantly at loggerheads with his eternal opponent Gary. Not only are the two in each other's way on the track, but they are also chasing Shelley at the same time. While this is going on, the mafia tries to take over the racetrack.
