Track plot

A kidnapper kidnaps a tycoon's daughter. When the $500,000 ransom goes missing and the girl is dead, Detective Woodward is identified as the prime suspect. Taking advantage of Woodward's tarnished career, a bad cop takes his chance to frame him for a staged kidnapping.
