"Quite possibly the worst movie every made."

A Dr. Edmund J. Wellington has developed the new generation of military weapons. Satellite rays that turn people into aggressive killers. During a demonstration in front of top US military advisers, the new weapon has an unforeseen effect. One of the advisors is hit by a beam and starts killing.
