Tokyo Burst: Crime City plot

Aiba is a rookie detective from Tokyo's red-light district (with all the attitudes and methods that come with it). He must team up with Cho, a colleague from Seoul with equally questionable methods, to track down a dangerous criminal wreaking havoc in Japan, Korea, and the Philippines. Although the relationship between the two detectives is initially cool, they will quickly have to learn to work together to confront such a formidable opponent.
