Tôge o Wataru Wakai Kaze plot
Economics student Shintaro sells tights and stockings in his spare time. During the summer holidays he visits a theater group that travels through his village. He joins them and travels from festival to festival. He tries to modernize the acts of the group, but that is not without problems. Especially not when a yakuza gang is after Misako, the daughter of the leader of the group.
