The Master Key plot
"13 Chapters of Terrific Thrills!"
It is 1938. Nazi spies kidnap scientist Professor Ellwood Henderson because of his invention: the Orotron machine. With this machine gold can be obtained from seawater. This kidnapping has taken place under the secret leadership of 'The Master Key' and his right-hand man, a German secret agent, posing as private detective Garrett Donovan. The Master Key's gang of spies are followed by federal agent Tom Brant. Brant can count on the help of police lieutenant Jack Ryan and journalist Janet Lowe in his quest. During his search, Police Chief William J. O'Brien and his secretary Dorothy Arnold also join Brant. The company finds itself in various life-threatening adventures.
