On a scale of one to ten, I'd have to give her a two, and that's because I haven't seen a one before.

And that while outside the movie they were a couple at the time, Eastwood and Locke. Not that the outcome can bring a surprise, of course. Still, the way the story goes there is quite amusing, and Locke and Eastwood also do a fine job as the sidelined cop and the aspirational slut. Quite a fine film, and undoubtedly quite inspiring for a lot of film and television - right down to the A-team.

A lot nicer than what Eastwood makes these days. One that doesn't take itself too seriously, although the characters may think otherwise. If you see that poster, it indicates the macho who will save the girl for a while, but the whore is a lot more firmly in her shoes than Shockley, who mainly has to rely on the bottles. The scene in the police car is a highlight in that regard. Hilarious how Gus verbally beats the other two. Spicy thing. The second thing that stands out is the action. Those hail of bullets. It is called excessive and the one with the helicopter is not wrong. Nice energetic film that does have a bit of a slump before the final, but when the bus starts driving, it hits again. Very often hit.

Had a good time with this. Shockley has to escort a mafia witness from California to Phoenix, but it soon becomes clear that both are not meant to reach their destination in one piece. to the film.... I especially remember the scene where Eastwood wants to get a whole gang of Hell's Angels scratched

Some scenes are absurd and will get the "realism seekers" on their horse, like the hitman in the helicopter who misses his target twenty times and still manages to go down with the rig . The final shootout on the bus is a classic and again the heroes survive the apocalypse. Still, I thought this was an above average Eastwood that didn't bore me for a minute. The low average defies natural laws.
