The Final Master plot
"Every betrayal begins with trust."
The story is set in China before World War II, at a time when the country was undergoing many changes. At the center is Wing Chun, an ambitious martial arts practitioner who wants to open a school to fulfill his master's dying wish. To acquire the rights to do so, he must send an apprentice to eight martial arts schools to secretly challenge and defeat them. Unbeknownst to him, however, he has become just a pawn in the power game played within the martial arts community.
