The Adventures of Rex and Rinty plot
"Island of Sujan... Infested With Strange Beasts... Place of Lurking Dangers..."
The black Arabian stallion Rex, the king of the wild horses, is worshiped by the local high priest Tanaga on Sujan, an island off the east coast of Africa. The criminals Mitchell and Wheeler are allowed to see the "holy" Rex of the naive Tanaga and they steal the horse with the help of one Martin. Mitchell and Wheeler take Rex to the United States and sell him to wealthy polo-playing rancher Crawford. Crawford wants to make Rex a polo horse, but the proud Rex doesn't like it and he escapes with the German Shepherd Rinty. The two animals befriend polo player Frank Bradley. Meanwhile, Jones, Anderson and McDonald, Crawford's three henchmen, hunt Rex.
